Meeting minutes: Week 8

This week you work through the following topics on your own, and each member reports on them at the group meeting:

• LaTeX and writing mathematics, worked through from the LaTeX notes and the two guides to writing mathematics linked on that page. The class hour this week is the subject librarian's session on researching sources, not a lecture on LaTeX, so the notes are yours to work through.
• Modularisation of code, a chapter of Python for Mathematics.

The template for Week 8 adds a project progress section so the group records what has been written, tested, or decided since the previous meeting.
