The form covers attendance, what was discussed, any disagreements that
arose, questions for the contact hour, and action items for the coming
week. See the Meetings topic
page for the format of meeting minutes in general and the recipe we use
for disagreements.
Reminders
- The chair and the secretary for the meeting are different roles,
and both rotate from week to week. The secretary writes the minutes
during the meeting.
- This is your group's first meeting, and it is held in your own
timetabled group-work slot. An
example agenda
for the first meeting is available as a PDF.
- Complete this form at the meeting and bring it to the next class
session. It is the record of who engaged in Week 4, and it is what
the individual contribution score \(I\) is calculated from. A group
that does not meet has no record of engagement for the week, for every
member of the group.
